I'm a reformed hard head from my younger days with 20 plus years of doing the right thing, with a background of over 20 years of being a certified nurses aide and since background checks its harder now to do this kind of work which I love, but now I may have to do a career change. Everything I want to do is a people job because I love helping people, but now I may have to look for a career thats not as big on background as they are on your reformation. Any suggestions?
