I recruit mainly in the IT space for for Greater Philadelphia area companies.  Although I do use job boards, I try to stretch my recruitment dollars by also turning to free recruitment tactics.  I have online recruitment and social/professional networks down to a science, but I was wondering if anyone has had success networking in person with local IT associations or professional groups.  If so, any advice on which groups/venues are the best?
